This 4-page survey asks you to give your opinions about buffalo and wildlife management at Fort Belknap. The Fort Belknap Buffalo Program would like your input on how they should manage the herds for the wants, needs, and aspirations of community members. The World Wildlife Fund (WWF) will summarize the gathered information to support Fort Belknap bison and wildlife management planning. You do not need any special knowledge to complete this survey. Your participation is voluntary. You must be 18 years or older to participate. If you come to any question and prefer not to answer, you can skip ahead to the next question. The survey should take about 10-15 minutes of your time. After completing the survey, you may enter a drawing to win one of 60 gift cards worth $50 each. You may complete the survey only once. Your responses will not be stored together with any personal information you provide for the prize drawing. A summary of results will be reported to community members in the winter of 2017/2018, but participants will remain anonymous.
